Below, are the rules and safety measures we have put in place, they MUST be abided by, failure to do so will result in dispersal from the venue. We have the right to refuse entry if we deem you a risk to the well-being of our guests and employees.
PAYMENTS
All booking payments are non-refundable. We offer a no cancellation policy, however if given reasonable notice we will kindly reschedule your booking for an alternative date
BAR TAB & DRINK PACKAGE BOOKINGS
We will hold your table for a maximum of 15 minutes for a booking; if you do not arrive 15 minutes after your confirmed arrival time this forfeits your booking, we will do our best to accommodate you following your late arrival. Bar tabs are non-refundable and will not be refunded if the total amount isn’t used. You are not permitted to giveaway or take away any package items.
ACTIVITY BOOKINGS
You must arrive for your booking no later than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled activity time. If you do not show up for your activity slot on time your booking may be subject to forfeit. If you are running late please contact us via our telephone number on our contact us page. We can only hold your activity slot for 5 minutes due to our high demand, this 5 minutes does account for your total activity time. We will do our best to accommodate you at a later slot if available but this is subject to availability.
DRESS CODE
We operate a smart/casual dress policy. Entry is at management discretion.
BALL PIT
I declare that I understand that Ball Pit activities themselves are not completely free from risk. I accept that whilst Ball Park staff will take the appropriate precautions to prevent accidents, this can never be guaranteed. I confirm that I am physically fit and healthy and I undertake to advise Ball Park of any change in this regard. I confirm that I have read through the Rules and that I agree to abide by the Activity Rules as laid out by Ball Park and to follow the instructions of the Ball Park staff at all times. I declare that the above information is correct and if any information changes I will notify Ball Park Staff.
I agree to ensure all the participants in my booking read the Rules prior to our visit and raise any concerns we may have when arriving to Ball Park.
All users agree that they shall not participate in any Ball Park activities provided by Ball Park unless they have read and signed Ball Park’s safety procedures and processes in relation to the activities and confirm that they will comply with these rules at all times whilst on the premises.
The rules are as follows:
Enter and Exit the Ball Pit slowly, take care when walking up and down the steps into the Pit.
Do not run up and down the steps to the entrance of the Ball Pit, you must walk at a slow pace and take extra care of other people passing by.
Ball Park is not responsible for any loss or damage whilst participating in Ball Pit activities. Ball Park will not undergo any searches for loss property. We recommend to keep all items securely fastened away.
No drinks/glass is allowed in the Ball Pit at any given time.
Shoes to be kept on at all times. No exceptions.
If you have been in contact with or have demonstrated any symptoms of Covid-19, please refer to the latest government guidelines.
No jumping, diving, or hanging at any given time in the Ball Pit.
